Born in Japan and raised in the U.S., she has lived or worked in cities across the country, including Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Denver, Cleveland, Dallas, and Houston. She has lived in Austin for 8 years and has called Texas home for 15 years. Her time living or working abroad in Japan, Italy, Spain, and India gives her a multicultural perspective and an intuitive ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Outside of real estate, Ayako enjoys time with her husband, Brian, their black Lab, Bama, Maine Coon cat, Mizuno, extended family, meeting new people, and bringing people together. She loves traveling and staying active through running, biking, hiking, yoga, pilates, and golf. She also enjoys winding down with a good book, hosting, cooking for others, and good conversation.
