This review is long overdue. But having just spent the last year working with realtors in California to sell another house, I realize what a gem Avi is. In late 2016, Avi helped me sell the house I inherited from my grandmother in NJ. My only regret is that I didn’t try Avi first. I listed the house with a friend. Didn’t sell, so I listed with a young tech savvy realtor. Didn’t sell. Thought I had to go with the full price local realtor with tons of connections. Didn’t sell. Finally listed with Avi. He wasn’t put off by anything. He said he’d sell it - and he did! And at a good price. The most impressive thing about Avi is his integrity. He keeps his promises and does what he says. He’s incredibly motivated and organized, returned every call, paid attention to the details. When we ran into serious issues, Avi stepped in and saved the deal. Avner went beyond what any broker would do. His listed the unit as soon as we signed the listing and within hours he was setting up appointments for showing. He had multiple offers on the House within days of listing. This was a very difficult house to sell due to its condition. Not only did he guide me through the whole sale process he followed up that all repairs were being done quickly and properly and he arranged for me to meet the proper contractors and attorneys. He did negotiate the top price for the house. I would use him again and recommend him to all.
Avi first contacted me shortly after my brother, the home owner, passed away. We told him we were no where near ready to sell. We asked that he contact us again in about 6 months, which he did.
