Our introduction with Avi was via a "cold call", which we typically would ignore. For whatever reason, we didn't ignore the call and have had no regrets on that decision. Avi was knowledgeable, driven, and dedicated. He handled the sale of our condo in Fort Lee, NJ and arranged to have the unit cleaned prior to having professional photos taken. Avi was the second realtor I met with in trying to sell my Aunt's house following her passing in December 2017.
