This review is long overdue. But having just spent the last year working with realtors in California to sell another house, I realize what a gem Avi is. In late 2016, Avi helped me sell the house I inherited from my grandmother in NJ. My only regret is that I didn’t try Avi first. I listed the house with a friend. Didn’t sell, so I listed with a young tech savvy realtor. Didn’t sell. Thought I had to go with the full price local realtor with tons of connections. Didn’t sell. Finally listed with Avi.
