Working with Aviva was a dream! For two anxious first-time home buyers in a super hot market, Aviva made the whole process as painless and joyful as possible. She came recommended by a family friend (huge shoutout to Steve!) and right away, she had a great beat on what we were looking for and our priorities. At every turn, she had perfect perspective on local market conditions, the homebuying process in general, and pros/cons/red flags for each property we saw that we would never have noticed. Plus, she was genuinely wonderful to be around; we felt so comfortable with her right from the get-go. What you're excited about, she's excited about--even if, in my case, that's stopping to take pictures of every cool bug or butterfly I spotted in every yard. When we found The House, Aviva helped us navigate a multiple-offer situation on a tight deadline AND managed to successfully negotiate the price in the ultimate seller's market after inspection results came back. Aviva was an absolute joy to work with. I was the Listing Agent and Aviva was the Buyer/ Buyer's Agent for my listing. Aviva was a wonderful agent to work with! I am a real estate agent myself in NC but I am not part of the Asheville MLS so I hired Aviva to sell my house for me. She was extremely responsive and helped resolve all issues. I live out of town so Aviva handled this transaction for me like I would have if I were selling it myself. She made recommendations to speed up the sell and make the house more marketable, even found someone to move a couple pieces of left behind furniture. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market in the Asheville area. I highly recommend her!
