Autumn was amazing the whole way. Communicated every step and made sure all parties completed task and requirements on time. New information about the market and details every area since I had no limitations on where I wanted to buy. She was professional, down to earth, and most importantly honest! I will choose her to be my agent again and refer her to everyone I know. Thank you so much Autumn.
As first-time homebuyers, we had an amazing experience working with her. She was thorough with inspections, knowledgeable with negotiations that worked for our budget, detailed with paperwork, and always proactive in helping us find the right home. She showed us several properties within our budget and helped us choose the perfect neighborhood for our growing family. Her knowledge and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for our next home purchase!
We had a group text with our realtors and almost always got immediate responses which makes the process smooth and prevents any head spinning during certain times. Very patient with showing houses, it took us almost a year and many house tours to find the one and Autumn was always willing to show us houses and was quick to schedule so we wouldn’t miss out. She was also always great at explaining any questions I had in chat or in person while viewing houses. We also really appreciated the house warming basket!
Autumn has 2 properties for sale and sold 3 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
