I thought it would be the most stressful thing I had ever done but with these 2 ladies and there contacts and knowledge of the housing business it was amazing. The research and effort I received from them really left no doubt in my mind that I was getting the perfect house for me.
It was a difficult time for me being from Cape Cod MA. and having to handle my uncles estate in Long Beach CA. I was lucky to find this team who assisted me in updating and staging the condo. Not only did they get more then I expected but sold in 1 day. A+++

Autumn and Cassidy did a great job for my wife and I. We offered on a house which had 13 other offers. Even though we didnt give the largest offer they were able to get our bid through and we got the house. They helped us every step of the way and answered all our questions promptly. They also have many connections to anyone you might need to help with the home buying process from air conditioner repair to finance. We will happily use them again next time we buy.

These girls GET IT DONE!!! They are the ultimate powerhouse! Between the two of them there is always someone available pretty quick at the whistle to show you properties or give you advice! Once upon a time about 3 years ago we had a Redfin agent and we're looking for a place in Long Beach. We had multiple appointments where the agent never showed up or they didn't know what they were talking about and because of this we almost lost our dream home!!! Literally. It was a bank owned property and it ended up being packaged up in a group to sell to overseas buyers at a discount. This tore our hearts out!!! We contacted Autumn & Cassidy after hearing that they were thoroughly connected in Long Beach & gave them a shot. The result was- we offered $50 over asking and we got the condo!!! This place is unreal & a total steal for what we paid...ocean views galore!!! They worked hard to ensure that we would be happy in the home, including checking out some issues in the neighborhood on our behalf. They assisted us in identifying contractors to work on the houses and even helped us deal with some of the contractors. Cassidy did a superb job of managing the paperwork and was supremely well organized. When we sold our previous home, they staged it at no cost to us, which was a considerable saving. They also did a great job of managing things at the house to make sure it stayed in presentable, salable condition. We had a wonderful experience working with Autumn and Cassidy. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional, had phenomenal customer service... from day one it felt like we were long time friends. My husband is an engineer, I’m a Registered nurse and they were able to accommodate our crazy schedules. They were always available whenever we wanted to see a home or had questions. During the escrow they communicated every step of the process to us. I’ve never had a realtor take the time to go over every document fully to ensure we had all the knowledge prior to closing. They made some great recommendations for our financing and we ended up with a better deal than our previous lender offered. This was my third home purchase and I thought I knew the process... I learned so much from them! Hoping this is our forever home but if it’s not, I would use no other realtors. I would highly recommend them.
