In a hot market, I wasn't worried about who could sell my property, I was concerned about the process and making sure I had a professional who cared and paid attention to details. After reading reviews of many realtors and even looking into everything I could find on the internet, I went with my gut and arranged a meeting at the property. These two met my expectations from the start. They showed up on time, had knowledge of my property before their visit, and convinced me that they were more than just realtors. Cassidy and Autumn bring ideas and perspectives from two different backgrounds and experiences. Despite all the issues social distancing and mask-wearing pose to face-to-face interactions, we felt that they were great people and that we got to know them during our short time together. Autumn and Cassidy were careful and aware of health safety during our home visits, providing peace of mind. Lastly, I want to point out that they provide you with a timeline post-offer. They communicate with the seller-agent, loan-people, and escrow efficiently, and update you as necessary. Being kept in the loop is the best thing ever as a new homebuyer. They legit. Anytime we had questions they were always available to answer and explained each step. Our house had multiple offers which they told us they expect it would and it sold in 3 days. We started working with Cassidy and Autumn in February of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. We live out of town and were looking for a SFR in Long Beach. We originally met in person and could tell these were competent women of integrity. They listened to what we were looking for and gave valid input without being pushy or trying to sell us something different. After that first meeting, we would chat about different properties by phone. They know Long Beach very well and helped narrow down our search so we were looking in the right neighborhoods. When we found homes that looked promising, they had no problem gearing up in their PPE and walking the properties, videoing and giving input. Their help was invaluable to us as out of town buyers. It took us 6 months to find the perfect home but Cassidy and Autumn were supportive every step of the way. After closing they set us up with contractors, painters, handy men even a chimney sweep! From condos in the Belmont Heights area to single family homes in East Long Beach they have been on top of all the details.
