Anytime we had questions they were always available to answer and explained each step. Our house had multiple offers which they told us they expect it would and it sold in 3 days. We started working with Cassidy and Autumn in February of 2020, at the beginning of the pandemic. We live out of town and were looking for a SFR in Long Beach. We originally met in person and could tell these were competent women of integrity. They listened to what we were looking for and gave valid input without being pushy or trying to sell us something different. After that first meeting, we would chat about different properties by phone. They know Long Beach very well and helped narrow down our search so we were looking in the right neighborhoods. When we found homes that looked promising, they had no problem gearing up in their PPE and walking the properties, videoing and giving input. Their help was invaluable to us as out of town buyers. It took us 6 months to find the perfect home but Cassidy and Autumn were supportive every step of the way. After closing they set us up with contractors, painters, handy men even a chimney sweep! I sincerely recommend Cassidy and Autumn, they are knowledgeable, honest and patient. They are a great team and will go above and beyond for you.

Over the last 11 years Cassidy and Autumn and Cassidy have been listing agents on the sale of our homes in Long Beach. From condos in the Belmont Heights area to single family homes in East Long Beach they have been on top of all the details. The last sale of our mother's house was complicated by our moving out of state. Even though we were not there they assisted in showings and finding affordable contractors to refresh the property. They accurately priced the properties and closed on time.

My girlfriend and I just recently purchased a condo in Long Beach with Cassidy from W Group Realtors and I am so happy that I had her as my agent. The both of us were very new into the real estate world and didn't know much. Cassidy walked us through the whole process from start to finish. From figuring out what we were interested in, patiently taking us to the many places we saw before we found our home to walking us through the escrow process, Cassidy was understanding, patient and professional. It was once the escrow process started that I was most thankful that I was working with her because while all of the other people we were working with would just ask us to Docusign these sometimes 30 page documents full of legal jargon, Cassidy was always willing to walk through it section by section (sometimes multiple times) and explain it in a way that we could understand. We have now been in our place for about 3 months and it has really gotten to that point that it feels like its ours. Im thankful to W Group Realtors for helping us get there. This is the second time we have used this team. Both times they exceeded expectations and delivered strong offers. They were able to get the home sold and closed in roughly 30 days keeping our other purchase on track. The staging, open house and online marketing all worked together to get higher than expected price with few contingencies. Paperwork and escrow were managed with no problems. I must mention I traveled a great deal during this process but nothing was overlooked.

We were in a situation where an almost simultaneous buy/sell needed to happen. Autumn and Cassidy explained the process, the pros and cons of what might happen and proceeded to have an open house on the sell portion right away. Very agreeable, very energetic, thinking of what might come up ahead of time. I was so pleased. Felt they were looking out for me, and kept me fully informed, in both transactions. I worked with Autumn and Cassidy to buy my first home, and was very happy with my experience. I was looking from out of the area and have a busy job, so I appreciated that they made the most of the time I had to look at properties and were flexible in scheduling tours. They also have a lot of experience in the area, and had done deals before in some of the buildings I was looking at, which helped me identify good candidate properties that wouldn't have been obvious if I'd only looked at the listings. When I moved forward on a property, they stayed up top of the entire transaction, recommended an inspector, kept me updated with the status of the transaction, and let me know promptly when I needed to do something. It was nice knowing that the transaction was in good hands. We closed on time and without much fuss. Now that I'm moving in, they're a great source of recommendations for local professionals (painters, etc) to help me make the property perfect. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Autumn & Cassidy to anyone looking to buy/sell in the area, and they'll be my first step whenever I want to sell or buy in the future.

I don’t even know where to begin with this speech I’m About to give... but these two are absolutely amazing in EVERYYY regard. They worked effortlessly around the clock to make sure that I understood everything that was happening and that things kept moving forward on a timely Manor. They helped me in every aspect, from referring me to a great lender, finding a property that met all my needs, even connecting me with painters. Autumn even went as far as to pick out the paint for me and supply the painters with it, so I didn’t have to fight Friday traffic out of down town LA. Just about everything that could go wrong with my condo did, and they supported me through it all, from a flooded washer to a broken fire place.... they also assisted me in navigating the home warranty company and faulty fire alarms... you name It any they did it!!! I couldn’t be more happy with ALLLLLL of the support they provided me.... even now 6 weeks later they are still assisting me with Lose ends. I could not have done this with out them. They are simply amazing and honestly care about their customers. They are an amazing pair that I would suggest to ANYBODY looking to buy/sell a home!!
