Long story short, Astrid worked on selling an older property with a handful of issues for us and that experience was made as painless and stress free as possible. When we found this property within walking distance of Mt. Diablo Blvd. in Lafayette, we had to act fast. We knew Astrid through some professional contacts and called her as soon as we saw the listing. Later that same day, we visited the property, were pre-approved through a mortgage broker in her network, and made our bid. She coordinated with the listing agent throughout the day and well into the night. Shortly before midnight, she sent a message that our offer had been accepted! It was a whirlwind of a day, but we could not have done this without her. We have never even bought a car this quickly...seriously. Actions speak louder than words, she is outstanding!
