I was absolutely clueless with the process of selling my property. The first time Ashley came to my house she explained the process and had prepared a comparison of properties for me to help come up with the final price. She had arranged for a photographer to make a brochure and soon after was showing the property. Within a few weeks the house was sold. Ashley then helped me with the proper paperwork that is required to sell a house. Registry of deeds, taxes, the change of utilities responsibilities and other paperwork that only a good realtor knows. She guided me through it all. Ashley is very good at her job.
