I have known Ashley for over 20 years, and she has been an outstanding real estate professional for as long as I have known her. She first helped guide me through the purchase of my very first condo in Boston many years ago, and more recently she helped me purchase the property I am reviewing here. That purchase took place during an especially challenging real estate environment, with homes selling at extreme prices, many all-cash offers, and contingencies routinely being waived. We met Ashley at a friend’s recommendation when we were on the fence about buying or renting given our work circumstances. Ashley was assigned to my relocation case to assist me find a home. To “fight for a home” is not easy at MA. Ashley has been very responsive to our questions and requests. We looked for a more contemporary type of home in quite large area, Westborough, Wayland, Concord, Sudbury, and Hopkinton. Ashley was patient to show us options and completely represented our interests. She was knowledgeable about home itself and provided us a lot of (both positive or shortcomings) advices when visited each house. Quite often, seller asked to waive the home inspections in 2021 & 2022. These advices are helpful to consider in the final decision. Ashley is a pleasant person to work with, which made the home finding experience less stressful.

Ashley was always well prepared and brought her iPad to every showing to easily pull up info about the property, would ask detailed questions about the property to the seller's agent, and provide very useful feedback about each of the properties. Ashley was incredibly responsive, patient, and considerate throughout the process, it was a real pleasure to work with her. Ashley actually helped me determine the final offer to place that got accepted and really helped me secure an incredible home to my dog and I in the South End.
