She also works closely with wonderful local lenders who were able to get us pre-approved quickly, a great rate, and 21 day closing. However, she was able to offer insight about other lenders we were considering as well. We were sent a detailed virtual tour of every house we wanted to see within 24 hours of requesting (was usually the same day). When it came time to write an offer, she gave us tips and options for little things we could add to our offer that wouldn’t push us over budget, but would help make our offer stronger. Again, this was paramount in the current brutal market. We were able to secure housing quickly and felt great about our decision. Ashley was so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt.
