We were first time homebuyers and she was always quick to answer any questions we had and was very diligent in making us feel confident in our decisions. This was super important for us as we were also buying from out of state. She also works closely with wonderful local lenders who were able to get us pre-approved quickly, a great rate, and 21 day closing. However, she was able to offer insight about other lenders we were considering as well. We were sent a detailed virtual tour of every house we wanted to see within 24 hours of requesting (was usually the same day). When it came time to write an offer, she gave us tips and options for little things we could add to our offer that wouldn’t push us over budget, but would help make our offer stronger. Again, this was paramount in the current brutal market. We were able to secure housing quickly and felt great about our decision. Ashley was so kind, professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. Never once did we not feel like we were her number one customers, even though we likely one of her “lower” buying customers.
