She brought in the best photographer for taking pic to build the sale advertisements. Despite the rise in interest rates, she was able to sell our home in 2 weeks. Despite the slowing of the market. When the other sellers in the market asked how we were under contract so quickly we explained the staging and photos. But the real reason we found a buyer so quickly was Ashley’s hard work and network of the best in the business. Once the other seller applied what we shared they too sold there homes quickly. Ashley has not only helped me purchase a few years back but also helped me recently sell my home. She is very attentive to every detail involved and and her communication is superb. Being a first time seller, I asked many questions that she was able to give honest answers to. She went the extra mile keeping me informed at all times for showings, open houses and even reviews after showings. Not once was I left wondering what the next step would be or what I needed to do as the seller. She provided me with resources to fix minor repairs in which I didn’t have to call multiple contractors because she already did the “leg” work. We were first time home buyers and Ashley took time to educate us on all the details of home buying so that we were confident in our decision. She was our guide and advocate every step of the way. When we weren't able to physically go to showings Ashley or Ann would go to the house and do a full video walkthrough pointing out all the positive and negatives of the houses.
