Ashley was amazing and really ensured my family and I were taken care of from beginning to end…and beyond. As we are a military family, we had certain deadlines we wanted to meet and she helped manage the home even after we had to depart for our next duty station but before Closing could take place. She helped manage a few post home inspection projects for us since we were no longer in the local area, and also performed some lawn care and maintenance in that 1 month span as well. The pictures of the home came out wonderful and she did a fantastic job marketing our home through a difficult selling period. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone I knew or didn’t. We relocated to Colorado Springs from Arizona! We had a great experience! She had her hands full with us but she was able to work with that! Since we were not from here she got a feel of what we wanted and headed us in the right location! We found the perfect home put an offer in and had some setback’s with HOA. She dug her heals in and got on top of what need to be done to be able to close, since the corporate company we were buying the house from was dragging there feet! She saved us a lot of money!
