During the buying processing, Arthur fought for me all the way! I will admit I am kind of a pain to deal with, even than he didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Arthur made himself available when ever I needed to speak with him or see a home last min due to my work schedule.
Art and his team were absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about them! As first time home buyers, this process can be stressful, but Art made our experience so much less stressful! Any question we had he answered within an hour! Every email or phone call was answered within an hour! His mortgage team is also incredible! They answered any question we had and was able to get us to close in 10 days!!!! I still cannot believe how fast they were able to get everything done! We were selling our rental property and had a feeling it wasn't going to be a smooth process. We spoke with Arthur and explained the situation and found him to be very understanding. He handled hurdles with patience and grace and kept us grounded when tension was high. The process wasn't smooth but Arthur was always available to answer any questions we had and talk us through our next step in the process.
