My husband, Jordan and I are first time homebuyers and we honestly can not say enough amazing things about Arthur! Not only did he go above and beyond for us but he made the whole experience so easy, and trust me, we were not! We were looking at houses anywhere from Vineland to Cookstown, NJ. Both of our families live in South Jersey but Jordan’s job is up North so we needed something in the middle. Not only was he enthusiastic about the challenge of the house hunt with such a wide area search, but he made it fun! Jordan and I were also living in CA at the time, so we were also doing all of this over the phone. We found a house that we loved online and over FaceTime with Arthur but sadly when we saw it in person (during our inspection), neither of us were in love. We told Arthur that night we didn’t want to continue with the sale and instead of giving us a hard time about backing out due to us being so far in the buying process already, he fought like hell to get us out of it! Arthur and our amazing mortgage broker Victoria Kammer, warned us since we were backing out and coming up on busy season, finding a house would probably start getting harder, luckily for us they didn’t give up and it gave us the confidence and courage that we would find our dream home.
