Arthur pulled through for us on a difficult deal would recommend 100%

Arthur had my property under contract in three days. The City of Camden has a very long process in trying to obtain a CCO for the buyer. Arthur stepped right in and dealt with the construction office and the City Inspectors until the CCO was obtained and the deal went to the closing table. In my opinion Arthur deserves 10 stars. I would strongly recommend his services to any buyer or seller.

Selling my home had some extra moving parts concerning Oil Tank removal and other things. But Arthur stayed right on top of everything he got the buyers a different kind of mortgage so that it wasn’t an issue for me anymore!
