My husband, Jordan and I are first time homebuyers and we honestly can not say enough amazing things about Arthur! Turns out our dream home was waiting for us, and 2-3 weeks later we found it! I am so happy to say, we are now in our dream house! It’s all thanks to our amazing realtor, who now I can call a friend. If anyone is looking for a realtor, look no further! I promise you won’t be disappointed. P.S. if you need an agent and mortgage broker who work together like peanut butter and jelly, ask for Arthur Carr and Victoria Kammer! They are the BEST duo!

Arthur had my property under contract in three days. The City of Camden has a very long process in trying to obtain a CCO for the buyer. Arthur stepped right in and dealt with the construction office and the City Inspectors until the CCO was obtained and the deal went to the closing table. In my opinion Arthur deserves 10 stars. I would strongly recommend his services to any buyer or seller.
