From beginning to end, Art Bimonte was the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. While he was showing us a variety of homes, all within our budget, he was educating us on the community of which he is extremely knowledgeable. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding the process including the HOA regulations and Florida real estate laws. He was always available to answer my questions. He was also able to make many referrals to help complete the sale and for trades people for afterwards. He made everything easy. And best of all, Art is a lovely man.

It turns out many agents do not. - he knows our houses and the neighborhood cold. he has contacts locally for any kind of service person you might need. he knows how they are built. and can answer any question in that regard. - he lives in my neighborhood so understoods the HOA completely which can be complicated for those not accustomed to it. - he was always available, by text or by phone, very responsive. -

This will be a little bit of an unusual review being that Art was not our real estate agent, but was the agent for the sellers. Being that we are out of state, we often asked to see the house on short notice and had many questions. Art was always available regardless of the time of day and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He worked closely with our realtor to make the sale of our house go very smoothly.
