From beginning to end, Art Bimonte was the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. While he was showing us a variety of homes, all within our budget, he was educating us on the community of which he is extremely knowledgeable. He is also extremely knowledgeable regarding the process including the HOA regulations and Florida real estate laws. He was always available to answer my questions. He was also able to make many referrals to help complete the sale and for trades people for afterwards. He made everything easy. And best of all, Art is a lovely man.

This will be a little bit of an unusual review being that Art was not our real estate agent, but was the agent for the sellers. Being that we are out of state, we often asked to see the house on short notice and had many questions.
