Archana was an excellent guide for me during my journey of home buying. She was a good listener when I was explaining her my requirements, while at the same time gave me a candid feedback on my requirements. She set me up with multiple searches based on my asks. She also was very responsive in setting up appointments to look at various properties, and gave me a good rundown on the Pros and Cons of the area, the home, value of upgrades, school zones, comparisons etc. When it came down to price negotiations, she was strong in her belief on the real valuation of the home and ensured that I do not pay more than what the house was worth. For all the home buyers out there, you definitely need a person like Archana to be with you during this process. Excellent knowledge of all the areas, very patient during multiple property visits, and strong negotiation skills.
