Genuine and Persistent
With the market being so crazy right now in San Diego, there is a lot of unknown. Araceli and I put in several offers on multiple properties. There were a couple of offers that we both felt we would win. I learned what "seller's market" means through this experience. When I was ready to give up, Araceli kept telling me to hang in there. It is because she genuinely cares and was persistent that I was able to close on my condo. I really appreciate her for that and I am a homeowner because of her.
