Our house was on the market from Feb 2017 until end of August. The listing agent was from a large nationwide and high tech real estate company. We had may open housed and had so many showing but nothing happened. In August our next door neighbor sold his house $50,000 less than our asking price and we were forced to take the house off the market. Then Arabella came to us. She explained why our house was not sold. We entered into a short term contract with her. She had her own painters, gardener and staging company. Within one week to 10 days they renovated and refurnished the house in a way that unbelievable. then on the first open house, with a loan officer from Bank of America present at our house we got two offers. Arabella negotiated with the buyers and one of them increased his offer by $10,000. Three weeks later the escrow was closed. We sold the house $60,000 more than what our neighbor sold his just a month earlier. I strongly recommend Arabella.
