Arabella was great she was our agent the first time we sold our house and she sold it in one week. Now She sold our Wenatchee house in four days that's outstanding there was so much competition in my area bigger houses smaller houses that have pools and all the bells and whistle's and they're still on the market we didn't have a big house but it was a nice clean updated house.I knew if we followed her advice on what to have done we would get it sold quickly and that it did. Arabella helped me and my wife find a home that was within budget and had most of the things we were looking for in a home. She did a great job in negotiating with the seller and got him to pay for our closing costs, in addition to doing some electrical and plumbing repairs.
