Seeing this property on the market was a little intimidating due to the price. It was very beautiful and we were worried about a bidding war. We didn’t want to see it because we feel for pictures and knew we would like the property just not the price. Arabella suggested we do a visit then put in an offer that we were comfortable with. We did it and amazingly enough we got it $50k lower than the asking price completely renovated! Think is truly a California house with a great California view.
