I highly recommend Amber Russell. She has represented me as seller and buyer (and seller again). I appreciate Amber's warmth, helpfulness, and professionalism. She was always available to answer my questions and made me feel well cared for throughout the process(es). Believe it or not, Amber even makes it all feel kind of fun! I will call on Amber again next time I need a real estate agent.

We enjoyed working with Amber in our search for our retirement home. She has the local knowledge and connections that were very helpful in successfully purchasing a house in the beach tract of Pacific Grove. At the time, we were out of state and made several trips out to look at houses. From doing zoom tours, informing us of listings, helping us craft offers, providing contractor referrals, to informing us of utilities, she helped at every step. This area has been very competitive with low inventory and many buyers. The first house that we offered on had 10 offers and the second (on which we were successful) there were 12. Amber and her staff were first rate and we would highly recommend her and Over the Moon Realty.

We were referred to Amber and are so glad we were. We had very specific criteria for the house we want to live in for the rest of our lives and she was able to find us the perfect house that fit all our hopes and dreams. She helped us find the right house, create an offer that was accepted, and she is continuing to help us even after we have bought the house. We are from out of town which complicated the buying process. She went to houses and gave us video tours so we knew if it was worth paying last minute plane fares to come see the house in person. She arranged for us to see houses when we only had a narrow window of time we would be in town. And when we went to buy the house, she walked us through DocuSign so we could make an offer when we were out of state. Through the whole process, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Amber is the very best….thorough, trustworthy and extremely thoughtful. Everything ran so smoothly and I was just happy to be able to follow her impressive lead. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Amber Russell (Over the Moon Realty) was instrumental in helping us achieve our dream, to buy a beach-town house. Our first meeting with Amber was by the phone when we cold-called her. She spent an hour patiently answering all our questions and describing the pros/cons about the various towns on the Monterey Peninsula (Carmel, PG, Monterey). Several days later, we saw the perfect home listing pop up on Thursday night. Amber got us in for a showing on Friday evening and a chat with the listing agent, since we couldn't make it to either of the scheduled open houses that weekend. We submitted the offer on late Friday night at 11:55 pm and it was accepted over higher offers. This is all due to Amber’s expert guidance, as the offer was extremely competitive and appealing to the Seller. She knows how to write offers!!! Amber oversaw numerous inspections, answered questions, and guided us through the remaining escrow process. We now own a wonderful cottage within walking distance to downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea. Amber's work ethic and professionalism set the bar, as she is responsive with great follow-through. In combination with her wonderful personality, charm and elegance, Amber is a delightful person to lead you through the stresses of a home purchase. We highly recommend Amber to anyone buying or selling a home; you're missing out on opportunities if you don't work with Amber!

Amber Russell is amazing! It was her track record of sales that first brought her to my attention, but in our first phone call I realized how different and special she is. Besides being smart, strategic, and knowledgeable, Amber has an incredible warmth and professionalism about her. She is extremely responsive, communicating equally well across voice, text, and email. I never would have known we weren’t her only client. She worked hard and fast to sell our house in Pacific Grove; we closed escrow—for over the asking price—two months to the day she first saw it. A specialist in turning challenge into opportunity, she recommended some modest cosmetic upgrades, solicited bids, and oversaw the work. I appreciated how she prioritized high-impact improvements to give us the most bang for our buck. She has a great eye for décor and takes special pride in her staging. The result was tasteful and elegant. She has her finger on the pulse of the market, and she calmly and expertly guided us through a multiple offer situation. I can honestly say it was the smoothest real estate deal I have ever participated in. So naturally I turned to Amber and Over the Moon Realty again when I needed to sell a home in Marina, and it was just as successful and painless (at least for me) as the last time. I am not in the area, so she handled everything. She has a whole team helping her, but is always at the other end of the phone when I call. Again a smooth process. Again multiple offers. Again gorgeous staging. Again a total pleasure to work with. If I had another house to sell, it would be in Amber's hands for sure!

I have worked with Amber three times now and each time I've been so thoroughly impressed by her approach, experience, flexibility and attitude. To me, one of the most important qualities for my real-estate partner is unquestionable trust, especially in a market like the Monterey Peninsula. That's who Amber is and I highly recommend her for any real estate need you have. She is amazing!

This agency is without a doubt the best real estate firm in the area. I have worked with Amber Russell three times now and without a doubt would highly recommend her for her professionalism, knowledge and ability to get things done. Most importantly, Amber is someone you can trust to support your best interests in any transaction she is involved in.

What a delight to work with Amber Russell as our realtor. Amber was always responsive, well organized, and professional in her communication with us. We benefited from her knowledge and experience in the local market, and every time we met with her, she exuded warmth and good cheer. Additionally, her incredible network of professionals in the area has really helped us post-sale. You will not find a better agent to represent you!

From the moment she first toured the house to the moment we closed escrow, Amber was extremely helpful. She used her experience to get the house ready for sale and arranged all of the inspections, etc. that we needed to make potential buyers feel secure. She and her team personally pitched in to help stage and prep. Quite simply, she cared; and it showed in every step of the process. When you choose Amber, all you have to do is listen and do what she suggests. We received an incredible offer and are extremely happy. Next time I need to sell a house anywhere, she's the first person I'll call. Highly recommended.
