Amber's personal, candid approach to the home-buying experience was so refreshing. Her knowledge of the local market, recommendation for a mortgage broker, and open communication made the whole process as easy as it could be. We would recommend her and Over the Moon Realty to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Monterey area!

Working with Amber and Monica was such a great experience. Our house sold in 3 days and at more than asking! They helped us all the way through the process and explained what would happen next. I would recommend anyone to use them and I would use them again.

My mother was a successful agent/broker for 30 years… but that was 30 years ago, and her life experience was not easy for her to let go of. That said, Mom did instill one piece of advice in me that I have always held dear: Hire a professional, and then stay out of the way. You did a great job, Amber. You calculated some risk and landed the high price in the neighborhood while working with a lot of spinning plates at a time. Kudos to your hard-working husband and your crews as well. Absolutely excellent work, and experience. Thanks, again - Eric & Jackie

Amber has incredible communication skills, detailed knowledge of her profession, and worked with me every step of the way. She patiently answered every question I had, and was willing to work with me on docs if needed. On top of this, she’s a wonderful person!

We have worked with several excellent real estate brokers over the years, but Amber Russell takes the profession to a new level. From first interview to closing day and well beyond, Amber and her team had ideas and solutions for everything. Thoughtful, charming, efficient, knowledgeable, well connected, and tireless in her efforts to go the extra mile, Amber made the sale process as painless as possible. We soon learned to trust her advice and instincts 100%. In less than a week after listing, we had the perfect offer and closed ten days later. It’s not surprising that she was named Agent of the Year for Monterey County. If you’re ready to buy or sell, do yourself a favor: call Amber Russell at Over the Moon Realty.

Amber Russell has a deep appreciation for all that is involved in the process of both looking for and buying a home. Throughout every step of the way Amber brought a stellar level of expertise, knowledge, insight and support. Amber’s respect for people and her ability to hold a safe growth promoting space for others made our homebuying experience a delight. We are thrilled with our new home and are so looking forward to being a part of the Pacific Grove Community.

I have worked with Amber numerous times on real estate transitions and each time not only is it easy but also seamless and highly successful. Amber knows the market, the keys to making a successful deal and making the most of the deal. I highly and absolutely recommend Amber and Over The Moon for any and all real estate needs on the Monterey Peninsula.

Amber did an outstanding job in the selling of our family home in a very desirable area of Pacific Grove. After our first meeting and a tour of the house, she had many great ideas regarding giving the house a fresh new look in order to attract buyers and get the best listing price. Since we live out of state, we felt very confident leaving the work in her hands and we were not disappointed. With her network of painters, contractors, etc., she achieved quite a beautiful transformation in a matter of weeks and along the way kept us updated on every step of the process. Several offers were received within days of the listing. Amber thoroughly explained and summarized each offer and helped choose the best one. The house actually sold for quite a bit more than the list price, no doubt due to Amber’s updating ideas. Throughout the selling process, from our first meeting with Amber to the close of escrow, Amber went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgable, kept us updated every step of the way, and quickly responded to any questions. We would highly recommend her to anyone thinking of listing their property.

Amber did it all! Terrific rapport with us initially. Thorough follow-through in terms of fantastic listing, numerous open houses hosted, incredible knowledge of the market. Made selling the house almost completely effortless from arranging for inspections, terrific photography for the listing, all the way through an incredibly fast and accurate closing. Bright, energetic highly skilled, personable and professional. Left nothing to be desired in a broker, and ... she sold our house! Simply The BEST we've ever seen.

Amber helped us get into the house that we wanted with the minimum of pain and time. She pointed out things that we were not aware of and ensured that we jumped with both eyes open. Paperwork was quick, response time was very quick and everything went off without a hitch thanks to her help. Would recommend.

Amber Russell and Jen Ronan teamed up to help us buy our dream home in Pacific Grove. My husband and I recently moved to a rental home in Pacific Grove, and had been reviewing home listings for a year before that. After our move here, we sought out a realtor. We heard such positive reviews about Amber and she lived up to our high expectations. She was extremely responsive in setting up an initial meeting with us and in arranging showings to properties of interest. Her warm and friendly style was engaging and made the home search process much more pleasant. She collaborated with her colleague Jen Ronan, who is also a delightful person and helpful resource. When a small, historic home in the Retreat neighborhood came on the market, we attended the first day of open house, loved the home, and we let Amber know we wanted to write up an offer. She and Jen were nearby and offered to come right over to our home and discuss and prepare an offer. We submitted it that night, and were delighted to have it accepted the following day. Amber offered wise counsel throughout the process. We utilized the mortgage broker she recommended who was also very proactive, and even with a solar lease transfer, we made it through escrow in 25 days. We highly recommend Amber, Jen and Over the Moon Realty!
