Amber Russell was the selling agent on the house we bought in Pacific Grove and we were so impressed with her. Even though she wasn't our agent, she answered all of our questions, even after the sale was completed, and helped us with what we needed to do when we moved in, etc. After our wonderful experience with her on the PG house we bought (where, remember, she was the other people's agent, not ours) we knew we wanted her to help us if we ever looked to buy another house in the Monterey area. She was so nice, super quick with responses to our questions, patient - and honest. Fast forward to a year later and we were looking to complete a 1031 exchange in WA, where we had a rental property we were selling. We were under an IRS time limit and finding it so stressful to find a replacement property in WA. We called Amber to ask for her help in finding a property for us to buy around Pacific Grove / Monterey instead of WA and after looking at a few, she was able to find a really lovely, good sized house in a great Seaside neighborhood, with a quick close that worked perfectly. She has guided us through so much regarding both purchases and given us great ideas and suggestions and referrals for people to help us with various fixes or upgrades we wanted to undertake. We would never think of using another realtor in the Monterey Area, to buy or to sell, and are so grateful that we "found" her when we bought our house in Pacific Grove, which we love!
