April Shepard

April was incredibly helpful to us while we searched for a new home. She was never pushy or impatient with us. In fact, she urged us not to settle and to find the best home for us. April was very transparent about the pros and cons of each home and about any issues they had. She drove all over God's green earth with us looking for homes in various locations and never once complained. She was also really on top of sending us new listings that may interest us. We've never had such a great experience with a realtor before and if/when we move again, we absolutely will be reaching out to her!

April was a joy to work with. She answered my many questions with lots of patience with me. She also worked with me for over a year as we tried to put the house on the market with tenants in place and she worked very hard to mediate the situation between agents, potential buyers, and my tenants. Eventually, we had to wait to sell until after the tenants were out and she never let it stop her and she worked so hard to keep on top of all the loose ends after my tenants left. I don't live in Burgaw any longer and she made me feel like I could trust her with anything and everything that got thrown at us during the entire process start to finish. She was so very knowledgeable and had the right advice every time! I was so happy I had her on my side selling my house!
