April began learning about real estate in Highschool, and made a goal to purchase as soon as possible. Following advise on building good credit, showing proper income, and utilizing government assistance she successfully purchased a house by the age of 19. After purchasing a second home, she decided that a career helping others accomplish the same goals in real estate would be enjoyable. April began working for ZipRealty as a new agent in 2008. Within her first 4 months she successfully closed 5 deals, while raising small children, and pursuing a higher education. By 2013 April completed a graduate interdisciplinary program at California State University-Northridge focusing on family and consumer sciences, urban development, and housing, as well as the requirements necessary to become a Real Estate BROKER. In 2017 April began working part time as an independent broker, and founded a corporation, REalty GIG Group in 2021. April provides attentive professional care and suppprt to her clients, and remains up to date with technology, as well as other market changes that affect the needs of small business owners, property investors, and the decisions disadvantaged home owners must take to be successful. April is a California licensed broker and realtor® holding membership with NAR, CAR, and SRAR
