April Keys

April Keys was great from the first meeting we had to the day of closing. She was always quick to respond in all communication, very respectful, helpful in giving us advice and information in preparing our home to be placed on the market. We followed her advice and our house sold in 3 days. April is a top notch professional.

April did a wonderful job finding us a beautiful home! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the home-buying and selling process. We appreciate everything she has done for us and will definitely recommend her to our friends and neighbors!

April is awesome. I reached out to her through my brother who used her to help find homes for rent a few times. She was awesome right from the get go. My wife and I found a house through a developer that we wanted to build but seemed a little out of our price range. She searched extensively to find other homes in the area for but ended up with the same ones we did. So we went in together and talked to the sales rep. Right off the bat the sales rep gave us some grief because I had come to look at these houses by myself a year ago and so I couldn't have a realtor, etc. April chimed right in expaining that we were married now and looking at a home together and convinced the sales rep to let us have buyer representation. (We were first time home buyers so we didn't want to go it alone!) Lol from that moment my wife and I were in good hands. She fought for us and reached out to the builder with certain issues and was always on the ball with everything. She even offered to go through one of her lenders in order to get a lower monthly payment due to the community assessing taxes on raw land which would've effectively lowered our property taxes on the first year but 2/3. The builder had incentives so we still went with them. She was always looking for little ways here and there to get us the payment we wanted. By the time it was all said and done she advised us to go with a conventional loan and go with a slightly higher rate because it wouldn't affect the payment but we had the option to get rid of PMI with out having to refinance and lose our good rate. She was always advising us and reaching out to people on our behalf, but when things seemed to get hairy she fought for us. April was very kind, very patient but strong-willed and determined to make her clients happy no matter the cost. Her service was invaluable and she will DEFINITELY be getting an invite to our house warming party!!!!

Because of April’s exceptional expertise in the local real estate market, we were able to sell our house selling very quickly and for top dollar. She guided us through the negotiation and escrow processes resulting in closing occurring on time and without a hitch. We’ve used April several times when buying and selling real estate and will use her again when the time comes.
