We highly recommend April. She really listened to what we were looking for and we ended up buying the second house we saw. We are first time homebuyers and she took the time to walk us through each step and even made us aware of things we didn’t know that we didn’t know, especially during the inspection and negotiation phases. She’s also very quick to respond, which was important to us. I highly recommend her and The Alvarado Group.
