April is very knowledgable of the Madison area and its buyers. She has a very detailed process for covering all parts of the real estate process but was still flexible in accommodating our preferences throughout. April's knowledge is only second to her responsiveness. We would have thought we are her only clients given how timely and thorough her responses were.

We highly recommend April. She really listened to what we were looking for and we ended up buying the second house we saw. We are first time homebuyers and she took the time to walk us through each step and even made us aware of things we didn’t know that we didn’t know, especially during the inspection and negotiation phases.
