April is very knowledgable of the Madison area and its buyers. She has a very detailed process for covering all parts of the real estate process but was still flexible in accommodating our preferences throughout. April's knowledge is only second to her responsiveness. We would have thought we are her only clients given how timely and thorough her responses were.
