My experience with April has been incredible from beginning to almost the end. She is kind, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable about the housing market. She’s highly professional and goes above and beyond to ensure that she’s providing excellent service for me and other clients.

My experience with April and the Denmon group - I’m not sure it could have gone any better. And I had a three week close! EVERY step of the way they never left me, answered every question, and explained need for each document requested. Even the lending team! You often think banks are all about themselves but the Denmon group lending team was never rude, or impatient and they actually helped me figure out what the underwriters were trying to understand about my financial history. The paved the way for a very smooth lending experience. And April! She will fight for a window screen and a door lock if it means her client gets the home they wished for and PAID for!! Complete attention to detail. From the negotiation through the inspection, and she’s right there until you move in. She’s not leaving your side. If they can do all that for a thee week closing then I know you’ll be even more impressed, and taken care of, on any closing!

I started following April when my husband and I relocated to Denver. We came here in 2021 and around the end of 21/22 I followed her on Instagram. I then reached out to here a few months later to see what was needed to begin the process of owning an home! After some medical set backs, and downsizing apts to save money, we reconnected in August 2024. Hubby and I started clearing credit with our mortgage banker and got our approval March 2025. We started looking at homes ..and put in our first and only offer a week later on the second home we saw. For whatever reason, God showed me this was our home. Yes, we looked at others while waiting to hear from the seller but nothing compared to this home! After a bidding war with a few other buyers the sellers actually called April and offered us the home! April worked her gift and negotiated the deal. Her knowledge and wisdom secured the best deal! April walked us through every step and even with my frustration (as I’m sure most first time buyers experience lol) she just kept reminding me of what we prayed for. She made sure we connected with inspectors, utility companies and all! We were at the closing table in May 14th 2025! I thank God for guiding me to her social media page in 2021! If it were not for her knowledge, determination and beautiful spirit, I am not sure if my hubby and I could have achieved such a great deal! If you are looking to start the homeowner process look no further than the Denmon Group! It still feels like a dream! We are homeowners! April is amazing! Smart, experienced, trustworthy and warm. We worked together when I bought a home and again when I sold it 7.5 years later. Everything went exactly as she said it would. Under contract in 2 days. In this market! I wouldn't even consider another Realtor if I still lived in CO. None better.
