She was genuine, empathetic, supportive, intentional, caring, kind, present , patient , honest , resourceful, respectful, friendly and focused on helping us achieve our goals. This was my first home purchase, so April is the only realtor I have ever worked with and is the only realtor I would ever want to work with. Her and her team went above and beyond to ensure I understood the contracts I was signing, how lending/mortgage rates worked and the “why” behind all that we were doing. She was present at every showing and our closing and was proactive about pointing out things that should be brought to our attention and the builders attention to ensure we were fully taken care of. The real estate business would be a better place with more agents like April. This lady is the GOAT and I hope she is being compensated that way. EVERY step of the way they never left me, answered every question, and explained need for each document requested. Even the lending team! You often think banks are all about themselves but the Denmon group lending team was never rude, or impatient and they actually helped me figure out what the underwriters were trying to understand about my financial history. The paved the way for a very smooth lending experience. And April! She will fight for a window screen and a door lock if it means her client gets the home they wished for and PAID for!! I started following April when my husband and I relocated to Denver. We came here in 2021 and around the end of 21/22 I followed her on Instagram. I then reached out to here a few months later to see what was needed to begin the process of owning an home!
