Yes. It really is 1%. I picked Anthony after reading numerous reviews and the thought I would try the 1% Platinum Realty Group. Anthony responded quickly to my desire to sell my house. He came to the house and we discussed pricing and came up with a fair price. That day he put a lock box on the front door and advertised the house on various websites. The next day he had a sign in front of the house. Realtors started calling immediately. The house was ready to show. I gave the realtor a time that they could show the house and I left for about 30 minutes each time. The house was seen every day for 9 days and then we received an offer. I accepted the offer and the house closed 40 days later. The easiest house selling experience ever. Documents were signed over the internet using DocuSign and communication was primarily through text messages and emails. It is a very simple process. Anthony handled our home sale very professionally. We were lucky to get a good offer early on but the buyer was very demanding regarding a long list of minor repairs.
