Anthony Knight was great at helping me buy my second home. He was truly knowledgeable and had a great relationship with the builder. I bought a 3200 sq. ft. Lennar new built home in Stonebridge at Summerlin (January 2020). He listed my first home "for sale" and was able to find me a buyer in the right time frame (December 2019). That buyer unfortunately backed out of the deal on his due diligence period. So now, due to my short timeline, we decided to list it "for rent". Anthony found me a tenant the same week he listed it as a rental (February 2020). He always gave me greatly needed professional advice throughout the whole process, being my first experience selling/listing a house and becoming a landlord. Not only did he offer to list for 1% commission (if the sale would have gone thru), but he also gave me a commission rebate on the new Lennar home. I highly doubt any other realtor in town would do this. All his office staff was great and friendly as well. I am incredibly happy with my new home and would definitely call him in the future for any of my real estate needs.
