Just sold our house with Anthony at the end of June. The photos taken of our house created a beautiful on-line listing, which I believe is the most valuable thing to attract buyers. Then he made the showing process easy by allowing the potential buyer's agent to text us directly to arrange showings. Much more expedient than having to go through him, like so many other selling agents require. He was also excellent when negotiating on our behalf. At just a phenomenal 1% selling fee, he is super busy and you may have to be patient with his return calls, but I've waited longer with selling agents at a full 3% commission . And to top off the positive attributes, he's a rescue animal advocate with his time and money. My bottom line always comes down to, would I hire this person all over again? And the answer is a DEFINITE YES.
