Good day! When choosing me as your Realtor, you will benefit from my 40 years (Emeritus Status) of experience, skills, and knowledge and 26 years with RE/MAX Allegiance! As a retired Special Education Teacher and Administrator, I have found that trust is critical to a successful relationship. My motto is "An educated consumer is the best consumer." We strive for a total commitment to achieving our client's goals by being honest and forthright. We realize we must be creative in assisting clients through the Internet and other technology tools. We are committed to this result. I served as an At-Large Director of the DC Association of Realtors (DCAR from 2019-2024. The National Association of REALTORS® recognizes us as a state-level association representing more than 3000 REALTORS® in DC. That means we advocate for, protect, and promote the interests of our members and the public we serve. We are the voice of real estate in the District and fight to preserve homeowner rights. Ansa's achievements include the RE/MAX Allegiance Circle of Champions and the RE/MAX Internal Hall of Fame. My specialties are working with Seniors, Residential, Probable, International, Residential, Commercial, and Short Sales. My designations are as a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, a Certified International Property Specialist, a Certified Residential Specialist, and a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute.
