As a first-time homebuyer, Annichen was very responsive to all of the questions I had. It was easy to ask her about any concerns of the buying process, even outside of normal business hours. She seemed to handle multiple matters in a very organized way that made it easy for me to understand. I believe her best quality is making sure you don't miss any important details during negotiations, even when you think you have a good deal set to go!
