Annette assisted us with selling our rental town home, our primary residence and buying our current home. With both sales, we got the price went wanted and then some. For buying our new one, she helped us negotiate a lower price - I know she did things behind the scenes that I don't know about - and we ended up in a house we love at a price we can afford. At times, I wish she had been more open when I asked for assistance in making decisions.
