Anne Newmyer has been a respected member of the local Realtor community since 2013. Her track record remains spotless, something she attributes to always placing her client’s interests first while providing attentive one-on-one service and knowing the contracts and procedures extremely well.
Anne grew up in Norway and left for Boston right out of high school to be educated in her original trade of piano tuning and repair. Meeting her husband Dan, they have lived in Mansfield for the past 25 years where they raised their two kids, Leah (24) and Timothy (22).
Her experience with sales includes single-family homes, condominiums, multi-family, as well as select commercial transactions throughout Eastern Connecticut and the Greater Hartford region at price points up to $1.5 million dollars. Most of her sales come from repeat and referral clients and center around helping buyers and sellers from all walks of life.
She is a member of the Greater Hartford Association of Realtors and the Connecticut Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors and the Multiple Listing Service, and is licensed to sell real estate throughout the state of Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Most recently she earned her Brokers license and opened up an independent Real Estate Brokerage with a long time associate. This is a wonderful opportunity to mentor other agents in the business, and allows greater flexibility in the service area covered.
Over the course of her career, Anne has surrounded herself with professional connections and a network of industry relationships including attorneys, lenders, stagers, painters, plumbers, HVAC, carpenters, roofers, landscapers and many more to the benefit of her clients.
