Annie spent considerable time with us in the office, on the road, visiting homes, and behind the scenes to get us into the most suitable home. She is an expert on San Antonio West and the VA Home Loan process. Annie was incredibly patient and informative, as evidenced after we canceled our second rushed house offer. Once we stepped back to realize San Antonio's clay and climate are tough on foundations and wallets, it was logical to extend the budget an extra 20K and commute by 15 minutes to a newer subdivision. After we signed with Annie, we started meeting other military families who had previously worked with her and remarked positively on her professionalism, friendliness, promptness, and expert advisement. Anne really is a saving grace when it comes down to the pool of Realtors. It is a family business for her and her family and a way of life.
