Annie is first and foremost very knowledgeable and understanding! She is also knowledgeable on the market for any area in San Antonio. I am retiring and wasn’t in the state to do a lot of the leg work, but Annie was there to help look at houses and give honest opinions. Annie was awesome to work with during our quest to find our dream home. She was always responsive to our needs, even through the 6 month hiatus we took. Her research into comps was spot on when it came time to make an offer and we had our house the day after making an offer!! Amazing! And she came through big during the period leading up to closing, it made what a an be a stressful time feel like a breeze. The post closing gifts she had for us were a great touch as well. Such a sweet realtor! The network of people she has set up to get things fixed/remodeled has been great too. I couldn’t see working with any other real estate agent in San Antonio. Recently having my sister Pass I needed a realtor to help in selling her townhouse. I was named the Executor of her estate. I had no idea what I was doing and did not want to fail my niece and nephews. It was through reading many reviews on Yelp that I decided to give Annie a call. Not a day goes by that I don’t count my blessings for making such a good choice and realizing if it weren’t for those reviews things would have probably turned out a lot different. That’s why I’m here now writing this review. Annie’s knowledge and experience was very evident on our first meeting giving me peace of mind that we were heading in the right direction.
