Anne is truly amazing. She was so incredibly helpful to us when we were buying our first home. Patient, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS ON OUR SIDE. Of all her phenomenal qualities, integrity and honesty stand out. Not once did we feel pressured to buy or overbid. In fact, when we were early in the market, she helped us slow down and really identify our wants. I have already recommended her to friends and family as we felt so lucky to have worked with her. Even though we've already closed on our home, we are still in regular contact with her about all kinds of issues - who to call if we want to upgrade a bathroom, where to find carpet at a reasonable price. She seems to know everyone and everything housing related in the area. And the few times we asked something that she didn't know immediately, she chased down the information and got back to us quickly. We need an option for way more than 5 stars!

We were visiting Santa Monica and found a house that we loved and since we were from out of town, we took a chance by just clicking on the zillow link for one of the listed realtors. We are so glad we did as we could not have been happier! Not only did our deal move very quickly but as we lived in another state, communication and responsiveness were critical. Anne was helpful, informative, easy to reach, quick to get any information that we needed and truly went above and beyond to help us...she met technicians and appraisers at the property since we could not and kept us in the loop on all necessary information. We also felt that she went out of her way to make suggestions and guide us when we wanted advice. She was lovely, gracious and professional from beginning to end and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Santa Monica and communities!
