I believe that a successful real estate transaction comes about as a result of clear communication, understanding, and trust between client and agent. The ways to establish a good relationship is by listening, strong communication, understanding my clients’ needs, and employing one of my strongest virtues: Patience and Experience. I also am a valuable source of advice for buyers who are relocating – nationally or internationally – because I can advise them from real life experience. I am originally from South Florida, and relocated to Eastern Carolina in 1998 with my husband who is in the Marine Corps. Military life has personally made relocating a major part of my life. I am a wife; mother of four beautiful children, and a Realtor®. I enjoy outdoor activities with my family and home renovation projects. I have volunteered with the Red Cross, the Habitat for Humanity, YMCA, Wounded Warriors Project, Feeding South Florida, my kids’ schools and sports clubs, our local church, and I was a Key Volunteer for USMC. I began my real estate career in Florida working in property management and new home sales in 1996. I have been a realtor and broker in North Carolina since 2005. My expertise and extensive market knowledge in residential real estate, new construction, and commercial real estate whether for investment purposes or personal property is key to a successful transaction. I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, New Homes Certified Specialist, and staging certified. I have also received my Certified Distress Property Expert designation, which provides me the knowledge to assist clients whether purchasing or selling a home in a distressed situation requiring a short sale or foreclosure process. My education and experience enables me to negotiate offers with banks, sellers, agents, and buyers successfully. All of these experiences have led me to connect and understand the needs of my clients. I am also a licensed Real Estate agent in South Florida and actively assisting buyers and sellers buy, invest, sell, and/or rent homes since 2014. I love what I do and it truly is a way of life!
