Ann Wilson was the absolute best in helping me find my dream house! She was super responsive, approachable & friendly while always being professional. Ann was a great asset to the entire sale process, from beginning to end. After living 23 years in our home in Ballston, Virginia we decided to sell it and move to California. In looking for a realtor we wanted someone who would be hands-on and accessible through the process as it's not every day you sell your home. After interviewing several realtors and real estate companies, it was an easy decision to hire Ann. But what truly separated Ann from others was her positive personality. Her caring nature for us who were going through the sale process, always being there to assist, explain and advise us and being an expert negotiator made what is often a stressful process into one that was effortless and enjoyable. There was never a moment when Ann did not exceed our expectations. It often felt as if she could read our minds given she'd call or send a note about part of the sale process which we were about to contact her about. That's true customer service. When we selected Ann and the sign went up on the front yard, several neighbors said they knew of Ann and commented we made a wise choice in realtors as she knows Arlington and, she really works hard for her clients. Without the least hesitation I now have to agree with my former neighbors.
