Ann is expert, honest, and candid about the process. She was able to identify needed home improvement experts for painting, floor repair, and other needs, and helped manage them. Ann recognized when to adjust to market conditions and explained why shifts were needed. She also was sensitive to how hard it was for my family to sell the house and respected our feelings. She is delightful, and we appreciated working with her.
