Ann was super helpful in the sale of the house...

Ann was a pleasure to work with and took great care of me as I navigated getting my home ready for sale while not being in town. She went out of her way to check on my property from beginning to end. She gave good advice and I was most impressed with her responsiveness to my needs. She always communicated with me in a timely manner and was friendly and genuine. Ann is professional, honest, and will work for your best interest. She has great insights on current market conditions and trends. She listed and sold our house within a couple days at a price we're extremely happy with. She also helped us buy our new lovely home, easing the stress along the way. Throughout the negotiation process, she engaged with the listing agent daily. Ann worked hard, her effort helped us submit a winning offer, and at the best possible price. She even suggested we lower our offer price based on her insights. Working on commission, what agent would do that? I'm so appreciative of Ann. Her knowledge and expertise make this whole buying and selling process a great experience.
